How to pay thru Western Union®
In an effort to provide you with another reliable and secure payment method, IBC Japan has recently formed a partnership with Western Union, the world's largest money transfer network.

You can now send us your payments through Western Union. Simply bring your cash payment in local currency to a participating Western Union location in your area.

To send your payment thru Western Union, follow these two simple steps:

Step One
Go to the nearest local Western Union Agent Location. To find one in your area, call the telephone number of the Western Union Commercial Services Network Agent in your country as listed in your phone book. You can also click on this link http://www.westernunion.com/info/selectCountry.asp, to use the Western Union Agent Locator.
Step Two

In the participating Western Union Agent Location, you must request a Blue Form (as shown below) and complete it with the appropriate information.

In addition to the payment amount, it is important that you provide the following information:

NAME OF OUR COMPANY
This information must be entered in the "Company Name" line under the "Pay To" section of the Blue Form.

(Note: It is important that you enter the Company Name provided and specified above and NOT any other unofficial name.)

Once you have made the payment, the Western Union Agent will issue a transaction identification number known as Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), and this serves as your confirmation that the payment has been remitted to us.
To conclude the transaction and to ensure that we can identify your payment, please send us your MTCN number and other payment information. You can do this by sending the information via email to , or you can log in, complete a form provided, and send us your information online.

PLEASE NOTE that there is a limit on the amount you are able to transfer via this payment method. The current limit is set to $2,500. Please also note that it can take 2-3 working days for the payment to register in our bank account and be credited to your account.

Our account is in USD so any non-USD payments will be converted into USD at the rate of Western Union. We recommend that you send USD to avoid any unnecessary charges.
