• Prices shown on ATAF website are in US$.
• More than 500 vehicles are available for purchase on-line from inventory in Africa.
• Payment for 100% of invoice is required prior to release of the vehicle. Payment is required within 7 days of confirmation for all vehicles ready to deliver. For vehicles not ready to deliver a reservation deposit of US$500 per unit is required to be paid within 7 days of confirmation.

Negotiation on ATAF Inventory

• To negotiate prices for ATAF inventory you can submit offers on-line or contact your Account Manager (AM) in Africa by phone or email. You can also contact our Customer Service Center by email at or contact us using the ATAF Live chat function on our website.
• All prices are negotiable and all offers and inquiries are welcome.

Confidentiality

• We don't share, sell or reveal any information about our customers to any unassociated organization.

Retention of Title

• You will not receive any vehicles unless those vehicles have been paid for in full. If payment is not received after the due date, we may enter any premises where the goods are and repossess them. No title shall be transferred to you until we receive all the necessary payments and documents.

Claims

• ATAF has a Statement of Guarantee and Claims Policy which covers all claims of customers arising from the sale transaction and forms part of the Terms of Trade, full details of the policy can be found at this link.

Penalties

• ATAF reserves the right to charge penalties to cover costs and lost revenue resulting from cancellations or transactions that are not followed through or due to failure of timely payments by customers.
• ATAF has the right to claim interest at the rate of 10% per annum on any outstanding overdue amount.
