Vehicles are sold from with terms FOB and C&F depending on the destination and the shipping company's terms and
requirements.

Japan Sales On-Line

• Prices are shown on IBC's website priced as FOB Nagoya or C&F as per the destination www.ibcjapan.co.jp in Japanese yen.
• More than 1,000 vehicles are available for purchase on-line from inventory in Japan.
• Vehicles sold FOB Nagoya do not include ocean freight. Vehicles sold C&F Nagoya do include ocean freight in the price. Insurance for terms CIF is available upon request.
• Terms FOB Nagoya, with the customer paying the freight separately, are available when requested but only when the shipping company's agree to carry the cargo freight collect.
• 50% of the FOB or C&F price must be received within 7 days of confirmation. No shipping of the vehicles will be done without receipt of the necessary 50% deposit. Release of all documents and invoicing is made after receipt of the
  remaining 50% is remitted. There is no release of documents without full payment.
• Failure to pay the full amount due within a reasonable time after shipment will result in penalties.
• The exchange rate posted on our website serves only as a guide to help you evaluate our prices. This should not be
  made as a basis for actual payment since exchange rates fluctuate frequently. When making payments send the amount
  in Japanese Yen only.

Negotiation of Japan Sales

• To negotiate pricing for vehicles in Japan you can contact your Account Manager (AM) in Japan at IBC-Japan Ltd. You can view your inventory and other report information using your IBC login information and password.
• Offers can be submitted on vehicles on-line using the "make-an-offer" function shown on the vehicle checklist.
• All prices are negotiable. All offers and enquiries are welcome.

Japanese Sales and Auctions

• You may visit Japan and visit IBC's vast network of suppliers, including franchise dealers, local wholesalers, lease companies and auctions.
• All AM's in Japan are bilingual and can service your needs in negotiating and buying the inventory you require during your visit to Japan.
• IBC participates weekly in more than 90 auctions throughout Japan including regions in the North (Hokkaido and Tohoku), Tokyo, Nagoya, Kansai (Osaka/Kyoto/Kobe), Chugoku (Okayama/Hiroshima), and Kyushu.
• With advance notice, customers may use company run apartments in Kyoto and Nagoya to save on accommodation charges. This is subject to availability.

iDirect Internet Auction Service

• IBC offers more than 150,000 vehicles per week on iDirect (www.idirect.co.jp). IDirect is Japan's only comprehensive online auction service. More than 90 auctions are represented on the iDirect services.
• IBC receives auction data and photographs from Japanese auction houses. This information is loaded into the iDirect database and offered online via the iDirect website.
• A deposit of ¥100,000 is required to submit a live bid onto the iDirect system. Confirmation of the deposit status of each customer is made by the iDirect departments at the local Autoterminal or by IBC in Japan prior to making the proxy bid.
• For successful bids the customer receives the purchase price plus the iDirect fees and the vehicle is moved into the appropriate account. The vehicle is then transported and processed through Autoterminal.com Japan to confirm the mechanical and physical condition of the vehicle. If there are serious discrepancies the vehicle will be returned to the auction with no charge to the customer (as long as the return is allowed under the rules and bylaws of the auction).
• For unsuccessful bids, the customer is notified of the bid status and the sale or 'pass-through' price of the vehicle bid on.
• Payment of 50% of the FOB or C&F price for each successful bid is required within 7 days of the purchase. Penalties will
  be assessed for late payment.
• The final 50% of the FOB or C&F price is due upon notification of shipment.

Retention of Title

• You will not receive any vehicles unless those vehicles have been paid for in full. If payment is not received after the due date, we may enter any premises where the goods are and repossess them. No title shall be transferred to you until we receive all the necessary payments and documents.

Penalties

AutoTerminal reserves the right to charge penalties to cover costs and lost revenue resulting from cancellations or transactions that are not followed through on due to failure of timely payments by customers.
